A Request from the Operations Director

Good Morning,

I would like to personally ask that each of you be patient with the changes being made before you make any decisions regarding your affiliation with our group.

We (TJ, et al) have been working hard to accommodate both the upper echelon and the members of our group regarding the changes and I feel we are closing in on it.

Some see change as a good thing and readily accept it. Others are a bit more cautious and accept change gradually and some absolutely refuse to accept it.

So we may lose a few members in the process and to those members we bid a fond adeiu with the hopes they will one day see that change can be a good thing and return to our group.

We have to be flexible enough to be able to change with the times or we will become non-existent.
