The MACO Ribbon is the unique uniform identification item for members of STARFLEET Special Operations and identifies them as members of Earths Military Assault Command Operations when they are wearing any Uniform other than the Enterprise era specific MACO Uniform.
Any MACO member who is currently registered with SFSO and has affiliated themselves with STARFLEETS Special Operations in the STARFLEET Database is eligible to wear the MACO Ribbon.
