The SFSO Ribbon is the unique uniform identification item for members of STARFLEET Special Operations and identifies members of SFSO when they are wearing any Starfleet Dress Uniform.
Any STARFLEET member who is registered with SFSO and has affiliated themselves with STARFLEET Special Operations in the STARFLEET Database is eligible to wear the SFSO Ribbon.
