The SFSO Ribbon is the unique uniform identification item for members of STARFLEET Special Operations and identifies members of SFSO when they are wearing any Starfleet Dress Uniform.
Any SFSO member who is registered with STARFLEET Special Operations and has affiliated themselves with SFSO in the STARFLEET Database are eligible to wear the SFSO Ribbon.
